Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Charges

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹1500.
For orders below ₹1500, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable.

Order Processing

All orders are confirmed and processed within 1–2 business days from the time of successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 4–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on location, logistics, and external conditions.

Shipping Origin

All orders are dispatched from our facility in New Delhi, India.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email and your registered mobile number, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
Baitul Oud shall not be responsible for delays or delivery failures arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Conditions

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier limitations, weather conditions, or public holidays. Deliveries may still be completed on certain holidays depending on courier operations.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and confirmed. No cancellations will be entertained after order confirmation.

Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims must be supported with clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging.
  • Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

All damage claims are subject to verification and approval by Baitul Oud, and our decision in such matters shall be final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of verified transit damage. No other requests will be entertained.
